The General Data Protections Regulation (GDPR) is a ruling to protect the data of citizens within the EU. GDPR is intended to provide citizens with a greater level of control over their personal data. GDPR has implications for all citizens of the EU and businesses operating within the EU, regardless of physical location. If you offer goods or services to, or request personal information from, citizens of the EU, you will be subject to the penalties imposed by the GDPR.
