If you have an image in the editor like so:

to add a link, click the image to bring it into focus and click = symbol

once clicked and its opened the options click the image option

this will launch edit window for that image, here you can add the link for the image

enter the website url you want to link to, click 'open link in new tab' if you would like viewers to keep a tab open for your website.
